Biography
Lily YangLiu is the Director of the Katija Hyoungjoo Neuber Institute. She leads the Institute’s day-to-day work across its research and advocacy.
She holds the directorship concurrently with her role as First Deputy Executive Director of the DMUN Foundation, the Institute’s parent organisation, where her portfolio covers the Foundation’s advocacy and research.
That dual mandate keeps the Institute’s output connected to the Foundation’s work in intergovernmental forums: research produced here informs positions the Foundation carries into the United Nations and beyond.
